Indian Idol 6 auditions have been started.The first audition was done in amritsar on 11th of march.This was a mini audition though.Next audition got done on 18th of april in jaipur.This was too a mini audition.
Here is the Difference between Main auditions and Mini Auditions: Mini audition are audition for small cities.Indian Idol team will go to cities and take auditions but registration will be done on the venue only and not by any other medium like mobile/sms/landline.Selected singers will go directly to the judges for main auditions in cities selected by the singers.
2 Mini auditions have been done till today and 2 more will be done.You can find the dates,venue below.
In main auditions you have to clear at least 2 rounds to reach main judges.Registration for main audition can be done by sending sms calling through mobile or landline.

On 18th March 2012 >> in Jaipur
On 15th April 2012 >> in Rajkot
On 22nd April 2012 >> in Aurangabad
